Come send off summer in Mardis Gras style at our last social on Wednesday, August 11, 2010, at the Maple Tree Inn in Blue Island! Network and unwind after work with PRSA Suburban Chicagoland members and colleagues over a dinner on the verandah of Chicago’s best Cajun restaurant. Try the best Hurricane this side of New Orleans, or taste one of the microbrews on tap. Sample the voodoo nuts, jalapeno cornbread muffins, crawfish etouffee, blackened catfish, and much more! Drinks and food are optional and on your own. Guests are welcome and encouraged to join us.
